We’re sorry that your egg or the contents were not perfect.

How can we make it right?

Although we cannot guarantee a refund for every instance, we always want to make things right.

Please contact us directly to let us know how we can help. Unless the product is missing, please include pictures of the product so that we may reference the issue.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To expedite the process and ensure a solution, please notify us earlier if you are able. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

At this time, we cannot offer a refund on shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return,

  • You must be able to provide pictures of the item, unless the package was never delivered and is lost.
  • The item(s) must be unsatisfactory due to fault that is not your own, such as misprints, wrong item, wrong color, etc. Products sent due to customer error, such as the customer ordered the wrong size, put in the wrong address, etc. are not eligible for a return at this time.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as masks are not returnable but may qualify for a refund if you were sent the wrong product, a misprint, or damage occurred.


Once we review your request for a refund we will email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In most cases the printing company will want another chance to replace the product. In that case, your refund request might be rejected and the printing company will be sending out a new product to remedy the mistake.

If you are approved for the refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days after notification of the refund to be issued.

At this time, we cannot offer a refund on shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the product to


Shipping returns

Lost package

If your egg is lost, please contact us so that we may assist.


In most cases, if the product is lost in transit, the products will be recreated and resent at no cost.

Unfortunately, if the package was stolen after delivery we are unable to refund or replace the item. Still, contact us as we may be able to help.
